Version: The Undelete 6.1.1
"Saved my neck! Highly recommended. Cost is $39.95."
Pros: Recovered almost all lost files. Even ones that were deleted a long time ago, and many others that I never dreamed (images displayed in the browser).
Cons: Could not recover the file names. Grouped files in "Recovered Files" folder, instead of their original folder. Had to look through thousands of files to locate the ones missing. I am sure this is file system related and not a failure of the software.
Summary: Mistakes happen. I accidentally deleted my toddler's Halloween photos. I spent the whole night trying various free/demo products and none could recover the photos. When my wife heard the story I had no other option than to try something else. I ... read more >>
