Pros
Have tried this one months ago and it did not work. So I had to search for a better solution and found ChrisPC Anonymous Proxy which works like advertised. It also has an Expat module so you can watch Hulu, Netflix and other video on demand sites.

There is nothing that can be written in the favour of this software. It does nothing like promised. You will be just wasting your time on it.
The help option is well explained, but that is useless.Cons
It does nothing. When you will open the program window, you will see an advertisement page. You can then follow the steps instructed in help option, but it will just refresh the page. Some users are claiming that it contains Trojan, but my protection software, found nothing.

Stick with Ultra Surf or Tor Browser if you want a good proxy program. This one runs fairly slowly and doesn't function the way it should at times. You can customize Tor to run Flash/Java programs and Ultra Surf runs Flash/Java automatically if your browser contains it.
