From The Ultimate Sleeve Maker :You can create custom CD and DVD sleeves by using the included editor to format the front and back of the sleeve. The sleeve prints out the front and back designs, created by the end user, along with folding guidelines. Then the sleeve, which is printed on standard (8.5 x 11) paper, is manually folded to construct the CD or DVD sleeve.
Version 2.1 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
