From Ringtone Maker :The Ringtone Maker software is just that: an unlimited, unrestricted editor to create a 5-30 sec customized ringtone from MP3, WMA, WAV, Audio CD and OGG files. You select the music file, edit it, and then download it to your phone. There is a graph of the song to help you choose the right segment you want. The Ringtone Maker works in the US plus more than 65 countries and with most mobile phones that support real music ringtones and have Internet service through its carrier (e.g. Nokia, Motorola, SonyEricsson, Samsung, Siemens, Sanyo, Panasonic, LG, NEC, Sharp).
Unlimited access, no subscriptions or hidden fees; make dozens, 100s, 1000s of ringtones for every friend, family member, occasion or mood and never pay for another ringtone. Version 2.6 changes: better network support for US Sprint and Verizon, enhanced Help & Support, several program bug fixes.

Version: The Ringtone Maker 2.6
Pros: The program is simple to use. If you're willing to pay the one-time fee of $12.95 via PayPal), every single ringtone you make will be free. Also, you can create ringtones for $2.99 a pop, but I definitely recommend buying the product and getting unlimited free ringtones. You can choose up to a 30 second snippet of your song with the program, and program's editor lets you select any portion of the song (not just the beginning). The quality, clarity, and ultimate output of the songs to your phone is great. I am incredibly happy with this product.
Cons: As one user stated, the uploading of the chosen mp3/wav from your computer sometimes takes a long time. I would recommend using a program (Adobe Audition, etc.) to cut the song file down to the snippet you'd like to use (or cut the song in half) and that will save you some time on the upload. If your phone does not have internet access, this program won't work. Also, if you don't have PayPal, I believe the makers of the product will not accept any other form of payment.

"One of the best out there...in price and quality."
Pros: This product is the best hands down for the price..you can pretty much make any ringtone you can think of and not only for yourself, but you can send it to anyone else you would like.

Pros: I tried some of the free products but they couldn't beat this software's sound quality, and ease of use.

Pros: This is a neat program and a real money saver for those who love ringtones. You can have them a personal, as you want them. Definitely worth the money.
Cons: Program has a bug that displays an error message when first signing on. Click "OK" and it works great.

Pros: I love the ease of use. I thought it simple and fun. It worked for my phone easily and I use a small local carrier.
Cons: You dont get any free trial ringtones but the cost is minimal. I also had a hard time with finding songs off my computer that would work.
