The PC Jukebox gives you instant access to your entire MP3 music collection in a beautifully detailed environment. The application was designed with oversize graphical buttons suited for a touch-screen monitor, but it can just as easily be used with a standard mouse. Full skinning support allows for complete visual customization. Furthermore, almost all the screen elements can be displayed or hidden at will, providing an even higher level of customization. The PC Jukebox also includes Winamp-style playlist support, as well as many other new features.

Version 8.1.9 includes a feature that will allow the user to switch Music Libraries from within the jukebox itself. Another new feature is the ability to Save and Load settings configurations very quickly. And numerous bugs were also corrected.

True to its name, this program transforms your PC into a full-fledged, attractive jukebox. After installation, the application will import your tunes from a specified folder. At this stage, The PC Jukebox automatically attempts to download album-cover art from the Web. Once you launch the main interface, you'll be glad to see a professional-looking design that mimics the appearance of commercial jukeboxes you would find in a bar or restaurant. You can browse your collection by artist, album, or genre, though in our tests the latter option didn't work consistently. Adding songs, albums, or playlists to your queue is a snap, and the program provides a search tool for quickly ferreting out specific tunes. A nine-band equalizer lets you tweak the sound to your liking, and the skin-creation tool helps personalize the application's look if you don't like the default scheme. The ability to cross-fade tunes will be handy at parties, and the option that locks all buttons ensures wayward guests can't monkey with your mix. Although this program can play video files, it's still primarily designed to deal with audio. We'd urge all music lovers to give The PC Jukebox a try.

  "Many problems, expensive, seems support may be unavailable"

  Pros: Like the look and feel.

  Cons: High price, limited trial and what looks like no support. The user forum is locked so one is not able to get any help. Email to tech support has gone unanswered.

  Program has potential but with the many flaws I encountered and the possibility that they may never be addressed prevents me from forking out $40 for it.

  "This software support sucks bad"

  Pros: Great jukebox

  Cons: I paid but they wont send me my password. The server is down and they will not send you an unlock code trust me dont waste your money. I noted it in there forum and they delete all negative feed back. In that amount of effort they could have sent my unlock code. Buyer beware

  Pros: It's a simple clean interface

  Cons: Not as simple or supported as BoxEasy Jukebox or AlbumPlayer which are similar hoem jukeboxes..
