An awesome extension to Firefox, this application adds a radio with some clever perks. The Lynx Internet Radio Network Firefox Toolbar lets you select and listen to any genre of music, and you can add your own favorite stations, provided you supply the proper URL. Rap, blues, country, alternative, oldies, and Latin music are all featured and come with several stations in each category. Instantly create a list of favorites to easily shuffle right from the bar. It has an e-mail notifier for your Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, or POP3 accounts with audio notifications, a pop-up blocker, and weather forecasts. The toolbar is customizable, and you can add buttons to quickly launch other programs such as Word, Excel, Paint, and Notepad. Version: The Lynx Internet Radio Network Firefox Toolbar 4.5.13
Cons: This is not a download but an auto install toolbar. No way to check for viruses. It is supposed to be an internet radio toolbar, but doesn't work that way. Won't work with Windows Media Player, no convenient list of stations. Don't waste your time.

Pros: No pros and it doesn't do anything that it says on the box.
Cons: See above response.
Summary: Cannot download secure updates. No genre list or list of any kind for that matter. How the editors gave this a 5 star rating is beyond me. Maybe they had something to do with it's development.
