Publisher's description of The Hat
Just like drawing names from a hat to determine a random order for a group of people or to choose individual random names or pairs of names, complete with cool animation and optional sound effects. Great for selecting winners of raffles or sweepstakes or for parents or teachers to determine a random, arbitrary order in which to allow kids to do various things.
Version 2.3 fixes a bug that causes a runtime error and prevents the program to start for some users; adds Clipboard functionality to copy and paste names from and to the program.

"Fab - really useful for teachers"
Pros: Put children into random pairs, or decide on the order for something. Means the kids blame the computer not the teacher!
Cons: ALways asking if you want to save!
