No longer just for demos, Tempest is a 3d game in which the player hunts (or is hunted by) "Utah" Teapots around a randomly generated terrain. Features include:

  • Cool randomly generated terrain
  • Particle system for rocket's explosions
  • Lots and lots of teapots
  • A lock-on system with partial mouselook
  • Atmospheric fogging to mimic distance viewing.
  • A procedural, infinite game world.
  • Challenging teapot AI.
  • This is an amateur game so go easy. It was programmed for a competition called uDevGame at www.idevgames.com NOTE: Game requires that OpenAL be on users machine. The installer is included.
