This product is a snap. It gets straight down to the point. Remote access, file sharing on the spot!!!Great product.
Cons
If you click that you are going to use it for work or you are a business/enterprise it will give you only limited access.

Easy set-up, running in minutes to test the program and was able to connect to my wife's pc to remote-control her desktop. File transfer easy. Did not use other functions yet. First use was good and similar to prior experience with old Timbuktu
Cons
None yet, but I used only the remote control module and file transfer so far. I transferred an image but the directory service did not allow thumbnail view of the images in my source directory.
Summary
Very Good! Not excellent since there is no thumbnail of images for file transfer. This is not a serious problem, just an annoyance.

Pros
I do not rave about many products, but this software is an exception. Not only is it top notch software, but they give it away free for non business usage. This software works better in many ways than remote control software I have paid for.
Cons
I can't think of any thing to complain about, this software was definitely thought out well prior to production. I am just happy I found it.
Summary
I have used PC Anywhere, Funk Proxy, NetOP and VNC and they are lan centric, however, if you need to connect to a computer behind a firewall and over the internet, this is the ticket, in fact I would goes as far to say this software can replace all of the above software and give you the additional functionality you desire...Try it out, you will be absolutely delighted.

Pros
This has it all. I can remotely control a computer, transfer files, and print. The remote computer can run a stand alone program, not an installed one. Quick connection, and accurate remote response.

None that I have found so far...
