Version: TeamViewer 3.6.4941
Pros: All pros here. I've used PCAnywhere, Logmein, Kavoom, and others. Teamviewer is the best I've seen. No annoying port forwarding!! Install, and it works.
Cons: I see an occasional video card type issue, but not Teamviewer's fault.
Summary: Easy, works, and no hoops to jump through.

Version: TeamViewer 3.6.4941
Pros: Easy to use. free, and full of features. Built in chat and file transfer. Personalized security settings. Good quality vs. speed settings.
Cons: Closing the connection to a Win7 computer seems to kill explorer. It is simple to restart, and having the Win7 close the connection instead fixes the problem.

Version: TeamViewer 3.6.4941
"Excellent program to handle remote computers online"
Pros: Used this to help friend on the other side of the planet with dial up. This program did everything perfectly. Friend saw what I was doing. I can see pictures and transfer files. There is inbuilt chat. No problem with firewalls and routers between us.
Cons: After I finish with the session, my friends laptop gets Num Locked. I think this has to do with the small keyboard driver which most laptops have. Not a biggy. My friend can easily disable to Num Lock when I am finished.
Summary: Best ever easy to use Remote Desktop Helper and amazingly Free. Thank you TeamViewer.
