Version: Tansee iPod Transfer 3.3
Pros: I had a bunch of pics from my son's birth that got lost when my computer crashed. They were still on my Ipod. I didnt purchase it but just tried it for free. It only let me transfer six pictures at a time but hell it was worth the work. I am so thankful to have those priceless pictures back!!

"purchased code doesn't work to start program"
Cons: Doesn't work!!! they didn't provide no tech support when I needed it. Waste of money and time.

"Doesn't work and Customer Service runs you in kid circles."
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Neglected meta data (volume adjustments, manual song titles) including playlists!
Could not install on second program.
Customer Service lies.
Played dumb that could not refund me.
Tried to install on second PC. Key did not work. Customer Service told me to uninstall, reboot (sound familiar), then provide alternate email address for future correspondence.

"in the middle of moving to computer it stopped! some sort of error."
Pros: - waste of time
Cons: I reopened it after the error to restart and it tells me my trial is up! ONE trial? what happens if it's a piece of crap that doesnt do its job properly in the first placE?
