"Excellent tool to tag files on your desktop"
Pros: Once tagged files can be searched instantly. Star ratings and description of files can also be added. You can have more tags databases (e.g. personal, business etc); it can be used as a portable tool to organize files on a flash drive. Inexpensive
Cons: Really nothing obvious.
Summary: Very fast and intuitive - just assign tags to your files to easily find them later. You must have it if you work with a large number of documents.

Summary: Its really a nice software program, and since i have installed i never uninstalled it once, but I still use WinAMP's Auto-Tagger, which is powered by GraceNote, and REALLY SERIOUSLY EASY TO USE, all u have to do is pushing one button.
