From Tablane Technology :The Tablane browser is ideal for those who use the Internet regularly for research. It offers tabs which can be displayed around the main browser window, and lanes whereby an array of Web sites can be viewed within a single window. No other popular browser provides this method of comparing web sites at a glance.
Tablane also uniquely provides a content management system whereby groups of bookmarks, Web pages and notes are made extremely easy to edit and manage as a 'Collection' (saved in the RSS XML format). This makes it much easier to keep a record of search results and Web sites visited and share this others. Tablane is not tied in to any search engine. Its multi-search feature allows several search engines to be used simultaneously, with results displayed in individual lanes, tabs, or windows. This is fully customizable, so specialist search engines can be incorporated. Version 1.5 build 1022 includes Tablane Note Editor.

Version: Tablane Browser 1.5 build 1022
"Small download, one of the best and fastest IE skins."
Pros: It is fast and a small download. You'll find that this browser doesn'thave ALL the bells and whistle of Avant but you'll find that it seems to be faster. The UI is a little to hard to get used to but it starts with a great tutorial for you to read and understand how this browser works. Simply put, it's clean, and unique as an IE shell can be. This browser will suite the average person's need to have tabbed browsing. Overall I find it as good as Maxthon, Avant and other IE shells. The speed seems to make up for the other options that the others have. It's definitely worth the download at less than 1mb.
Cons: There aren't any skins but the default appearance is quite pleasing. When you click on a link, the tab that pops up comes up behind the original tab. This is an annoyance more than anything. This browser also doesn't have mouse gestures which I find very useful in Avant.
