From Tablane Technology :The Tablane browser offers tabs which can be displayed in positions around the main browser window, and lanes whereby an array of Web sites can be viewed within a single window. This makes multiple browser clutter a thing of the past. Another feature is the Collection, whereby groups of bookmarks or favorites are made extremely easy to manage and share, with the Collections saved in the RSS XML format. Tablane is not tied in to any search engine. Its multi-search feature allows several search engines to be used simultaneously, with results displayed in individual lanes, tabs, or windows. This is fully customizable, so specialist search engines can be incorporated. The browser is built over Internet Explorer libraries, with features not available in IE 7.0. Version 1.4.2 build 1007 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
Note: Major IE plug-ins are now supported. Version expires 31st May 2006, by which time a new Tablane on-line service will also be available.

Very useful browser based on IE, definetly best that wicked Avant browser.
+ Great search engine options.
Cons: new approach, so takes time to understand.
Highly Recommondable.

Pros: Tabbed browsing at an amazingly fast speed! Although I have been an Avant follower, I am DEFINITELY keeping Tablane browser! This browser is stable and hands down THE FASTEST! If you have dial up, you need to try this one. You won't be disappointed by any measure! I tried an earlier version a while back and left it because the user interface was difficult to get used but now it's fully customizable and faster than I remember. You can block downloads of pictures, videos and sound but with all of them on, this browser is still the fastest! It also comes with a pop-up blocker and form filler. I also like the toolbar plug-in manager. You won't lose your toolbars anymore! It also helps protect your privacy with a delete history button under the tools list. An auto refresh menu has plenty of refreshing times to select from to help prevent unwanted disconnections. This one is a definite keeper. This browser also seems to have a very low memory usage as well! I'm adding this one to my "watch list" for sure! I will be spreading the word about this one! Avant, Maxthon, Slim, Enigma, Free Browser, m9p surfer, dragonfly and the other IE shells watch out!
Cons: This browser will take some time getting used to but when you start up this super fast browser, it will give you a great detailed tutorial of the functions and how to use them. The default buttons does not have a print button, you have to go to file and scroll down to print.

"Fast, goodlooking IE based tabber. But it doesn't like lots of favorites."
Pros: Though it's IE based, it doesn't default to those dreary old XP icons. It seems faster than most other tabbed browsers, too. Full middle-click support, excellent. The 'Lanes' feature creates independent frames in your main window - not something you might use every day, but different. If you like a minimal look that isn't short of functionality, you'll like this.
Cons: I was about to post this review when my huge but organised favorites list crashed Tablane big style. Twice. A serious flaw, but it's the only one and it may be my own fault for having 100's of bookmarks. Odd terminology - 'Frames' are 'Lanes' and 'Bookmarks' are 'Collections'. Hardly any user tweaks in the options; a bit slow to start up. Based on IE:( Fix the favorites crash and add some power tweaks and get five stars, guys.

Pros: This is a really usefull approach to browsing. Tablane allows you to view and manage multiple web pages simultaneously. It imported all my bookmarks from Explorer.
Cons: It takes a bit of getting used to, but then you will see the benefits fairly quickly.
