Pros
Worked like a charm. Was able to install quickly and had it configured within a few minutes. Was receiving log information right away. Has a lot of options, not sure I will use them all but has a lot more than other programs.
Cons
Needed to setup my antivirus, Malwarebytes, to allow which took additional time.
Summary
All in all a good program to use if you need to see what's going on the computer.

Bought this last month to monitor our 14 year old's laptop. Overall, very satisfied with what it can do. Took a little bit of time to get the antivirus to allow the monitoring but after that no issues. Also, We use Webroot which was turning keystrokes into odd numbers until we figured that out and turned off the antikeylogger option. Emailed support for more information on log sending information and was impressed with their responsiveness, thought others should know.
Cons
Does not work on iPad. Need product for the iPad too.
Summary
We used trial for 4 days and then purchased. Very pleased with it and support.

If you don't buy it, you won't have wasted your money like I did. That would be a positive.
Cons
It doesn't work. The screenshots are ok, but it does not record keystrokes. Says it does, but it doesn't. Also, I tried to install using wifi on another machine - the connection went dead for 5 seconds, so the instal failed. Reinstalled and it was useless completely.
For a buying comparison, go buy a car from a caryard and it doesn't even make it out of the yard.Summary

Records keystrokes and screenshots with quite a bit of ability to configure when screenshots are taken (e.g. stop after idle for a period of time, by time, by click, varying quality levels, etc.). You can also manage multiple machines that share a common database location that can be on a central server. You can limit to only certain logins (e.g. exclude sysadmin) and the keylogger feature provides not only the keystrokes, but also the title of window in use so that there is context.
Cons
This is easily detected by quite a few major AV software programs so it is easily removed so this doesn't seem well suited if you want to hide this from the person you are tracking. I also discovered that *NONE* of the files appear to be encrypted. To make matters worse the user that you are tracking MUST have read/write access to the directory that stores the DB. Anyone being tracked could theoretically modify it to their hearts' content and unless you were really observant you wouldn't even realize it. The documentation seems thin and they don't offer phone support that I can tell.
For the purposes for an organization larger than a few dozen desktops this would be difficult to deploy because afaik there is no scripting support for install or activation of the software.
I noticed a dramatic uptick in complaints about performance on the machines that I was monitoring. Between this and the other issues I couldn't recommend using this in *any* business environment.Summary
If you want to monitor small children this might be worth the money(it is pretty cheap), but for anyone who wants something that is truly stealth from the person you are monitoring they are going to be disappointed. Even for home users I think this software is kinda disappointing. Finding monitoring software that can't be easily detected is hard, but this is easily detected and despite promises of updates even the updates didn't hide it any better.

Summary
This program offers just the right amount of computer monitoring for my home. Many other programs are very expensive and intrusive. I love that it warns the user that the computer is actively monitored - which reinforces safety and 'good behavior'. The scheduled e-mail reporting aspect is a huge plus. I would have given this five stars but I am a new user and am leaving room for any program adjustments.

Summary
In my experience make sure you do not use a quick launch, create a password (a very strong one), and set your snap shots to an extremely high setting (mine is at 7000000) so you never run out of space but make sure you go thru it and clean it up from time to time and save w/e items you specifically need (that's for you ladies watching your men lol) and set it to snap shot every 45 seconds :) works great!! i have some master typers in my home and nothing gets past me!!! lol :) ENJOY.. I KNOW I AM!!!
