Ask any secret agent: trash isn't just a nuisance; it's a security hazard. System Cleaner erases traces left by Windows, Internet Explorer, and alternative browsers, permanently removes files by overwriting them up to 10 times, and even generates secure passwords. It scans your PC for temporary and duplicate files, broken shortcuts, and invalid uninstall entries. It will even create snapshots of your system before and after you install a program--that way, you can see exactly what was installed. It can permanently back up or delete found items and restore deleted items in case problems crop up. Other features include Disk Space Explorer, which quickly identifies disk-hogging files and folders, and Pointstone Shredder, which lets you securely delete files by right-clicking them in Windows Explorer. A built-in scheduler clears out the junk at regular intervals. There's even a feature for controlling which programs execute at start-up. Home users will find System Cleaner a capable set of tools for keeping systems trim and healthy.Publisher's description

Pros: It was free upto a point it would have been useful to have at least a couple of goes to see if it really worked instead of trying to relieve me of money to buy something hit & miss
Cons: It seems to work well
Summary: I cannot comment one way or the other as the software did not allow a proper evaluation due to trying to get money. Not good enough

"I tried once, and I think it's good enough."
Pros: I'm still observing.
Cons: Most of such cleaner, erase my OS important file too, so that my OS doesn't work properly after cleaning.
Summary: Pray it won't happen with this cleaner. I already tried several Cleaner like this.
