Publisher's Description
From Paul Berkowitz AppleScripts:
Synchronizes Entourage X and Apple's Address Book in OS 10.2.2-10.2.8 [JAGUAR]*.
It allows you to maintain Entourage as your centralized Personal Information Manager while at the same time taking advantage of the direct access provided to Fax programs, iSync, iChat, iPod, the new .Mac Address Book, and more by OS X's Address Book. All Entourage fields sync to Address Book and back, with unmapped Entourage fields recorded in Address Book Notes, and Address Book's Instant Messenger fields mapped to Entourage Custom Fields if desired. You can keep both applications in constant synchronization by running the script at any time, or automatically.
Sync Entourage-Address Book is optimized for Unicode and will work with all languages and alphabets (Cyrillic/Russian, Japanese, etc.).
Sync Entourage-Address Book has three modes:
1. Demo Mode: Free for 14 days. First Run syncs the first 50 contacts from the "precedent" app of your choice, and any contacts in the first 50 of the other app which are different contacts.* No groups. Subsequent runs in the 14 days sync all new and modified contacts (up to 50) even if not in the original 50.
2. Limited Mode (LE): $6.50. Exports and imports all contacts and groups on First Run. Full features for 14 days. Subsequent runs in the 14 days sync all new and modified contacts and groups. You can upgrade to Full Mode at any time (whether the 14 days have expired or not) for $10.00.
3. Full Mode (LE): $15.00. Unlimited: Full features forever, including free updates. All contacts and groups in both applications synced and updated. Upgrade from Limited Mode: $10.00.
* See Sync Entourage-Address Book 2 [PANTHER] on this website for the new version for OS 10.3 [PANTHER].
What's new in this version: v1.3.6 fixes an error in Make Group Contacts helper script.
