Synaptics PS/2 Port Touch Paddevices are touch-sensitive pads that sense the position of a person's finger on its surface to provide screen navigation, cursor movement, and a platform for interactive input. Special Features:

  • PalmCheck: Ensures that an accidental touch of your palm against the TouchPad device will not affect pointing performance.
  • EdgeMotion: When a user's finger reaches the edge of the sensor, EdgeMotion is activated to continue the cursor motion until the finger is lifted.
  • Customizable Tap Zones: Users can program areas of the TouchPad device to perform specific functions.

What's new in this version:

  • Advanced device driver features that allow end users to customize their TouchPad.
