From SWiSHzone.com :Swish is designed to be more than a text-effects tool; it is an affordable and easy-to-learn Flash-authoring tool. It applies effects to images imported as GIFs, JPEGs, and PNGs. You can also play background soundtracks or play sounds in response to mouse clicks with imported WAV and MP3 files.
New features in version 2.0 include multiple-selection and grouping support, ability to import vector artwork from third-party apps, in-house vector drawing tools, WYSIWYG display, and much more.
Note: This program costs $49.95 and the unregistered version will scramble text when exporting SWF files.
