This free application cleans your system of gratuitous junk files and offers several options to boot. Sweepi furnishes two modes of efficient PC cleaning, classic, and cleanup. The latter houses a wizard with three methods: quick, complete, and user-defined. Though we appreciate the program's fast and effective approach to scanning and erasing some registry items, temp files, folders, cookies, the Recycle Bin, and some third-party applications, the initial walkthrough is evasive. Fortunately, clicking the back button reveals the areas it will delete. The classic mode opens the software's comprehensive interface, detailing its functions and tendering more options. Here, a list is compiled after the program scans your hard drive. Double-click each category for filenames, then determine what to keep and what to dump. You'll not only be able to carry out cleanup tasks, you can configure start-up programs, back up your registry, shred files using a standard DoD 5220.22-M algorithm, and delete shortcuts. By and large, Sweepi is a logical solution for recovering your PC's efficiency.Publisher's description

"This is a Demo and doesn't do anything more than freeware programs."
Pros: Gets rid of some unnecessary files.
Cons: It's a Demo version. Why is that classified as freeware?
It doesn't get rid of any more files than many other truly freeware file cleaning products.

Pros: Cleaning methods : Shred or bin, registry backup, index.dat deleting, reboot, ignore or skip availbl. Very good start manager with good infos and help. Wizard, quick or deep cleaning, web privacy IE & Firefox.

Pros: This product ist perfect to protect the privacy. And it's very simple to use, including noobs.
