Summary
First off I never could get it to pick up any audio streams so it was vidoe only for me.
Second...the customer service never responded to a half dozen emails I sent over a 3 week period. so I still can't record audio.
Finally It does not always pick up the active video streams I had to restart it 4 or 5 times to get it to work. I use Vista, which it is supposed to work with but still to this day no response back from their support. over a month
