Although other privacy apps might offer more functionality, SuperCool Window Washer still quickly takes care of its primary business and gives you a few cool features. The installation process is fast but also opens the developer's Web page. While the program's interface is fairly direct, it seems a bit cluttered with several unnecessary buttons. You can erase your Web-surfing history, cookies, and cached files from Internet Explorer, Netscape, and Opera. You also can wipe traces from the Microsoft Office suite, as well as other popular applications such as AIM, ICQ, RealPlayer, and WinZip. However, the software doesn't display a list of every program on your PC, relegating you to just the ones it supports. Other pluses include the ability to schedule cleaning sessions and to close all open browser windows with the touch of a hot key. Most everyday users who don't have a ton of unique applications on their PCs will find that SuperCool Window Washer will keep them plenty safe.
