What distinguishes this set of system tools is its emphasis on privacy protection. Super Utilities contains four main modules. Its tools remove junk from your disk, the Registry, the start-up menu, program rosters, and RAM. Privacy Protector lets you hide or lock folders, clean your system tracks, password-protect applications that hold sensitive data, quickly and securely delete files, and hide IE Favorites and Start menu items from view. System Maintenance includes Task Manager-like functions, Internet Explorer customization tools, valuable system information, and utilities for tweaking Windows. With the Special Tools module, you can schedule shutdown times, locate and back up your drivers, identify space-hogging folders, and modify the Super Utilities context-menu options. Service manager provides you with fine control over Windows running services. System Cleaner, features a spyware-removal component as well as a handful of tools for cleaning your disk and the Registry and for performing routine maintenance tasks. Version: Super Utilities Pro 5.85
Pros: I tried it and it immediately worked! It has many options: (powerful) task manager, registry repair, uninstall and a lot more. And the good things is: although you have only 14 days to try it, it works fully during those 14 days!

"After the 14-day trial then comes the TROUBLE!"
Pros: Doesn't do anything special that I haven't seen on other programs
Cons: I have Windows XP and after my 14 day trial I decided I didn't want it. I go to the control panel to Add/Remove programs and Uninstall the program. All is good until I reboot and I can't read anything on the screen!
All I got were symbols! I had to reference another computer to figure out how to get to my System Restore function. Once I did that I have the "Super Utilities" back on my screen with error messages because part of the program has been deleted.
So I'm now stuck with this program on my hard drive that I can't erase or else I won't be able to read any of the characters on my computer screen. STAY AWAY. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PROGRAM!!!

Version: Super Utilities Pro 5.85
Pros: I compared it to Tune Up Utilities 2004 and Super Utilities had more tools,
was faster and easier to use, and had a better design and better looking
icons.
More for your money! A fully loaded software, Make sure you check for updates, It just keeps on getting better and better. It now has a scan for spyware, and removes it too! too many features to list. The only thing I would suggest is when updating, uninstall the previous version. Just use the original key when purchased. I have been using since version 3.0.
