From Super Flexible Software :

Back up data and synchronize data on PCs, servers, and notebooks. Users can choose either Wizard or Advanced mode. The settings are stored in multiple profiles, and the software comes with support for FTP with SSL and SSH, HTTP, WebDAV and Amazon S3, zip compression, data encryption, and a scheduler for automated backups with optional Real Time Synchronization. The scheduler can run as a background application or as a Windows service. This program has support for e-mail notification, profile categories, binary comparison, Unicode filenames, and various filters. In addition, it can replicate NTFS security settings as well as file shares. It also supports partial file updating (delta synchronization).

Version 4.41b contains further improvements to the new Real Time Synchronization (folder monitoring).
