"Does not support latest CR2 (Canon Raw Format) format"
Pros: When it does work, it works excellently. The batch image processing takes the hassle out of converting many images to jpg or tiff.
Cons: Only draw back is that it may support all raw formats.

"Very easy to install and use"
Pros: Gets the job done, no hassles, batch mode is great!
Cons: GUI not so intuitive, but easy enough to figure out
Summary: Any tool like this should have a good batch mode. This one delivers!

"Easy to use and does what I need"
Pros: I needed an appication to perform mass conversions of files from camera Raw to JPEG. It does that and it's easy to use.
Cons: It's a little slower than I would like.
Summary: It performs the mass conversions that I need. It's easy to understand and operate. I have no idea about any other features it may have. I like it because it meets my need.

Cons: Overly simple? A little slow perhaps
Summary: While the interface is simple, it has scope to get the quality that's in those files out.
