Though this program is intended to recover deleted or lost data, the trial version disables that key feature. Stellar Phoenix NTFS has a modern interface with a customizable toolbar and an activity log. Scanned files and folders are displayed in a tree listing to the right of items that could potentially be recovered. You get options to recover all files and folders or selected files, or to apply a filter to find a specific file or file type. Stellar Phoenix NTFS quickly scanned and retrieved items in our tests but wouldn't allow recovery without registration. This application looks good and is easy enough for anyone to use, but there's no guarantee on its ability to restore what it finds.Publisher's description

Version: Stellar Phoenix NTFS 2.2
Pros: It did find the filesystem.
Cons: The trial recognized and saw the filesystem that I had... when I bought the full version to recover my data it didn't work. Every file it 'recovered' was junk, not a single file was actually recovered! Stellar does not give refunds because they 'do not guarantee any recovery results with the full version'. DO NOT BUY this - its $100 wasted in a scam!

Version: Stellar Phoenix NTFS 2.2
Pros: Very quick. Took only 15 mins to recover to ext. media. didn't have any problems. I downloaded it and it worked great.
Cons: Could use more information about the condition of the data, and if the files found were marked as deleted so, you know if your recovering somthing that could possably have been be partly written over. not exactly layed for the novice user, but you can figer it out pritty easly.
