  "don't bother to download...need to purchase in order to see if it even works"

  Pros: seems to be user friendly

  layout is very easy to read and navigate

  Cons: don't even bother downloading unless you wanna take a risk and buy the full version becuase that's the only way you'll know if it even does anything useful.

  "Single Worst Program I've Ever Purchased"

  Pros: Looks good, if it just worked

  Cons: I purchased Phoenix CDRom 5 months ago. After numerous emails with Stellar, I was finally able to install without getting the message "This is a demo versio ... you need to purchase the working version." I used it one time in an attempt to recover data from a CD. It couldn't recover anything I couldn't read with Windows Explorer, but at least I didn't feel like I totally got screwed out of $79.

  That is until I tried to recover another CD. The "This is a demo version" message was back! This is the single worst program I've ever purchased. I don't understand because I have been very pleased with Stellar's Phoenix NTFS program.

  "Pulled MoneyBackGuarantee GIF off website post contact"

  Pros: Very easy to pay for this product.

  Cons: Impossible to get your money back as promised. Totally unsatisfied with the software as it did not perform as promised. Customer service plays very passive / agressive. Very nice on phone and e-mail, but no follow through.

  Summary: Find another data recovery solution. This company is bad news not only in building up your hopes that you'll see your lost data, the fact that they tricked you into spending 99 bucks. I feel violated and robbed.

  "This product does not do what it says it will."

  Pros: There is nothing that I liked about this product.

  Cons: It was hard to get it validated.
  It was hard to understand the techs.
  They refused to refund when you are not satisfied.

  Summary: It appeared to see all my files on the trial version, even those in a previous burn session. But when I recovered the files, I was unable to view the pictures, the company tells me that they are corrupted. I would recommend you be extremely cautio... read more >>
