From Structured Designs :Monitor everything as user does on a PC, from taking screen shots and capturing typed text in a simple to use application. There are also options for StaticX to start when Windows starts, and to disable the task manager. Once StaticX is installed on your system, simply start the program, select from a variety of options, such as disable screen capture, disable key capture, enable a password for StaticX, start the program in sneaky mode multiple hot keys to show, hide, and exit the program.
On startup StaticX creates a folder in a hidden directory that stores all information created. When you want to view the captures that StaticX saved simply click on the [open storage folder] and select folder by date and time, inside each folder is a readme.txt file that has stored all the keystrokes, also in each folder are the screen captures in JPEG format. Version 1.1.3 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

"Great program, functional and FREE!!!"
Pros: StaticX worked great! It captures a screen shot every mouse click and saved every key stroke for each session to a simple text file that was in the same folder as the screen shots. The program has an option to start when windows starts and an option to disable the task manager, witch worked great! It is also good with system recourses, as with others I found to be memory Hogs that bogged my machine down.
Cons: I would suggest adding more features such as timed screen shots and another option to make the program visible, other than a hot key. I had a difficult time locating a help file for the program (found it in the installation directory).

"Not a bad program but wasn't for me"
Pros: This was on a computer with multiple users on XP home. It captured key strokes very well once I installed it under each user.
Cons: The format of the keystroke file was very hard to read. I never could get the screen capture to work consistently. In it stealth mode it actually showed up on the start menu. I can't say it was a bad program but as a net nanny it would only work on very young children. It did work well when I used it as an info forwarding program, just jump back to the screen that I needed and forward it.

Pros: Very useful tool to monitor your kids.
be sure to read directions!!!! and remember the three hot keys to show, hide and exit the program!

Pros: Staticx has many great features!!
Make sure you remember the hot keys before you press sneaky mode button "divadaqueen"
program will go into stealth mode FAST! CTRL + M to show it, works great!!!!!!

"Works great! takes screen shots and keystrokes."
Pros: I installed staticx to monitor what my kids are doing online, it recorded the online chatting and saved pictures of what they are doing, great job!!
