StarTap makes your palmtop PC look and feel like a desktop computer. You can create shortcuts to files, arrange them in folders on a desktop with wallpaper behind them, switch between programs that are running, and browse through the files on your "disks." Those familiar with Windows 95 know that you can create new shortcuts and folders on the desktop, and organize and order them with drag-and-drop functionality. StarTap allows you to use these useful features on your palmtop. In addition, StarTap also includes the familiar Recycle Bin, Control Panels, and Explorer. By using Explorer, you can cut and paste files or use the simple drag-and-drop function. StarTap has a built-in image viewer that can be accessed by double-tapping on a bitmap file. It also has a "finger friendly" feature, which allows you to start, stop, and switch among programs using your finger instead of the stylus.
