Philatelists of the world, download. This intuitive, robust program is a good addition to any stamp collector's collection. StampCat helps keep track of even the most involved collection, as most of the program's fields and functions are fully customizable. You can change the program toolbar, as well as data-field titles to suit your needs. Search functions are robust, and items can be searched by category, condition, type or other parameters. Results are quick and accurate. We did run into a few data-entry errors when choosing "Calc Price" and "Calc Value," however, but these could probably be addressed quickly by the developer. We were disappointed by the trial limitations; although 30 days is often de rigueur, a limit of 25 stamps seemed a bit stingy. Overall, this is a very useful database program for stamp enthusiasts.

The statistics module allows you to analyze your collection in a variety of ways. Use the backup function to make backup copies of your valuable data. Version 9.0 is a major update with many new features.
