Publisher's description
From Xiberpix :Add pools of water to any image or AVI video. The pools, which can be of any shape, can be animated to give gentle rippling reflections of the scene above them. Choose from a variety of ripples, and control details such as wave size, perspective, flow, texture, color and transparency. Rain and snow effects can be added. Animations can be saved as Macromedia Flash (SWF) files, AVI video clips, animated GIF files, and bitmap/jpeg/png/tiff files.
Version 2.4 includes support for JPEG2000 files and minor improvements.

Pros: Easy to use. I recommend not to open the Help file, because it only makes it difficult to get started with. Brilliant images as a result! You can add water reflections to anything you want. You don't need necessarily an image where there is water drawn. It works with any picture. The gratest part is that you can save it into AVI and process the clip with any movie creator and add more frames, music, whatever you need to create a beatiful greeting.
Cons: The help instructions. Too much to click on.

Cons: It isn't what I need, but I did try it out. The rain and snow features seem to work well enough, but the water reflections didn't work. No matter how much I tried to lighten the water, it always turned black and if there was movement to the water, I was unable to see it.
