Publisher's description
From Xiberpix :Add pools of water to any image or AVI video. The pools, which can be of any shape, can be animated to give gentle rippling reflections of the scene above them. Choose from a variety of ripples, and control details such as wave size, perspective, flow, texture, color and transparency. Rain and snow effects can be added. Animations can be saved as Macromedia Flash (SWF) files, AVI video clips, animated GIF files, and bitmap/jpeg files. Version 2 may include general rainfall/snowfall effects, and the option of adding reflecting areas of water containing circular (ring) ripples like those seen when rain falls onto water.

"Great Simple , Fun ,Fast , Easy Program To Play With"
Pros: Ever been board and wanted a fast , easy , simple program to Play around with. Well sqirlz can provide exactly that. Its nothing professional . Just a nice program to play around with when you have nothing else to do . I like the program because its a small program that does'nt need any professional experience. It does a good job working with pictures that have water in them. Looking for somthing to do when your board. Your answer is right here. Enjoy.!
Cons: Would be nice if it had a little more features.
