From Xiberpix :Morph two, three or more images together, or warp images individually. Images A, B, C, D etc can be morphed together in several different ways - in the simple sequence A to B to C to D etc, or by blending all images simultaneously, or with "wild" (random) mixing. Try multi-morphing all the family's faces into one unique (or gruesome) movie! Save your animation as a Flash movie, AVI video clip, animated GIF file, or bitmap/jpeg files.
Version 1.4 is compatible with Windows Vista.

Pros: Fun to work with.
Cons: ... but after having it installed for a few weeks Norton Antivirus informed me of a Trojan coming from this program. The program tried to start itself, but Norton noticed this and the program was banned from my system.
It would be nice to see if anyone else has had this experience.

"Not obvious, but quick to get the hang of"
Pros: I got it to do exactly what I wanted within 10 minutes of downloading it (animate from one image to another to another and loop smoothly).
Cons: The help isn't written in laymans terms - there are a lot of imaging buzzwords which users won't necessarily understand. Better than no help at all though !

"Excellent fun to use, fast, full-featured morphing tool"
Pros: We used Sqirlz Morph to entertain and educate many groups of school children in a summer camp. The learned it quickly, and the morphs they made were very satisfying to them. Works much better than older generation morph programs - you can see the effects of your work in real-time. Camp councilors found it hecka fun, too.
