From Xiberpix :

Morph two, three, or more images together, or warp images individually. You can blend images in a simple sequence, simultaneously, or with random mixing. Try morphing all your family members' faces into one unique (or gruesome) movie. Save your animation as a Flash movie, an AVI video clip, or a bitmap/JPEG file.

Version 1.2c simplifies the adding of new control points, so points added to one image are now automatically positioned closer to their optimum places on other images. Also, the program will optionally switch between the point-adding mode and the point-moving mode when you change images.
