From Spytech Software and Design :

SpyAgent is a program that can log all keystrokes, e-mails, windows, Web sites visited, applications, Internet connections, chat conversations, passwords, and even screenshots. It runs in complete stealth mode with optional e-mail and FTP delivery and logging and lockdown scheduling. SpyAgent also has built-in content filtering tools to prevent unauthorized Web-site usage, application usage, and chat-client usage.

SpyAgent 5.2 features updated chat logging for MSN 6.0 and higher, Yahoo 6.0, latest versions of ICQ, AOL 9.0, and a built-in Web site image-cache viewer.
