This program helps parents track online activities such as instant messaging and e-mail. However, the supported programs are limited. SpyAOL has a dull interface that displays bluffing techniques such as memory-usage status and system processes so others will not realize they're being spied on. During installation the program displays a secret password, so read each screen carefully. This program has several design flaws. First it only works with AOL, AOL Instant Messenger, and ICQ; it does not support other popular IM and e-mail clients such as Yahoo. Additionally, anyone can uninstall the program since it does not require the password for the uninstall process. Parents looking to monitor online usage will find this 14-day trial lacks common features similar programs offer.

  "Easy to install and use"

  Summary: Great program, especially for the price.
  One complaint - I didn't catch the initial password that was displayed during the installation. I had to contact the company to receive the password. After that it worked fine.
