This software provides a youth soccer coach with the ability to set lineups, track game results, define practices, and track individual player statistics. The program is most useful for a coach who is concerned about equal playing time for the players on the team, as the software tracks the number of times a player has played a particular position for each game and for the season. Creating a lineup is a simple as dragging player names to the appropriate positions on the field.
What's new in this version: Version 2.0 added full compatibility with Windows 7.

It has a lot of features.
Cons
It costs real American money. Also, you have to download and install this seemingly dated software.
Summary
I would recommend using an free, online solution such as http://easylineup.org instead. You don't have all the features of this fat client, but you have a modern, drag and drop interface to create and manage lineups. Plus, it doesn't cost anything.
