SnapFolders will enable you to create shortcuts to your favorite folders with a single click. No more searching for the right folder in Windows Explorer. You will find it instantly and save lots of time, especially in a corporate environment where dozens of mapped network drives and shared resources make you dizzy. SnapFolders will enable you to create shortcuts that open two-pane Explorer windows with the target folder selected or windows that show the target folder as the root folder. The shortcuts you create with SnapFolders are automatically placed on the Start Menu or a side menu to the Start Menu. Like any shortcuts they can be copied or moved anywhere you want. Like any shortcuts they can be renamed or deleted as you wish.

Though it isn't particularly feature-rich, this simple but useful freeware quickly creates shortcuts to your frequently used folders. SnapFolders has an uncomplicated interface that only displays a few options and, unlike other applications in this class, proves easy to use. Though you can already create shortcuts on the Start menu in Windows, this utility offers a quick and easy method anyone can use, especially with the handy context-menu option found when using Windows Explorer. Just browse for the folder and select among the provided options using the check boxes. After pressing the OK button, you can open the folders using Start menu shortcuts. Though the program doesn't support hot keys for launching the folders, this minor flaw is offset by SnapFolders' ease of use, and all levels of users will find this application to be a real time-saver.
