Publisher's description
From TechSmith :SnagIt allows users to capture, manage, manipulate, and print images, text, and video. Users are given the option to capture an entire screen, a window, or an arbitrary selection. SnagIt features support for capturing menus, the entire contents of scrolling windows, DOS screens, and desktop-animation sequences. It also includes tools for processing image brightness, contrast, hue, sharpness, scale, color reduction, and color substitution. SnagIt can convert most text blocks on the desktop to machine-readable text when cut-and-paste operations don't work. Additional features include a DDE (direct data entry) interface and a thumbnail browser. Also included is an audio-recording option during video capture, transparent GIF support, enhanced menu capture, and dual-monitor support for Windows 98.
Version 5.1 improved screen capture within programs and Web pages, multiple image printing and watermaking, batch-processing filters to help organize your images, and support under all 32-bit Windows systems. New features to version 5.1.1 include the Object Capture feature and a Program File Capture option.
The registered version of this 45-day trial version costs $39.95.
