From SkypeRec :Skype Recorder is a new tool that works in conjunction with Skype for recording calls. It has the follow advantages: can works in automatic mode or manual mode; automatic compress in mp3 format by Lame MP3 Encoder; can save as WAV PCM format; can record conversations either in single or dual audio track; can work in spy mode; can work with PC-to-PC, PC-to-phone as well as skypecast conversations.
Version 1.2 makes possible to save to PCM WAV, works with other VoIP programs.
