These people should be turned into the BBB. They offer all this stuff but after you pay, they are donewith you. Thney do not answer any emails, NO phone numbers to call, and absolutely NO instructions on how to use. I bought it to download karaoke to take to club and sing, Forget that!!!! You can only use it in this program. What a rip off. I can't even get my money back because nowhere to contacy them!!!!!!!! RIPOFF RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the most cumbersome, unintuitive piece of software I have ever seen.
Summary
It is not a karaoke player by any stretch of the imagination, but a media sorting app that incidentally supports some karaoke formats. This can be done easily and for free with some winamp plugins.
