"Clean way to move from TeX to html"
Version: SimpleTeX4ht 2.9
Pros
Don't have to bother with the terminal
Cons
html is lousy at displaying math and that is all I every display. That is not the fault of this software though.

"the cpgz file only creates another cpgz file"
Version: SimpleTeX4ht 2.9
Pros
nothing to tell
Cons
nothing to tell
Summary
how can I summarize that the download just produces nothing at all?
did not get a disk image; that's the bottom line -
"Very easy way to convert LaTeX to html"
Version: SimpleTeX4ht 2.7
Pros
The ease of use
Cons
The end result is not very attractive, but that is likely because of the poor performance of html in displaying symbolic math.

"Nice"
Version: SimpleTeX4ht 0.5
Summary
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
I really like this application. The files tex4ht delivered never were as good as what this app makes.
I think the developer should really add the product requirements to the product info, it would definitely make things more clear to a lot of people. -
"Works but..."
Version: SimpleTeX4ht 0.4
Summary
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
This version (0.4) is the first to actually work... However, the references didn't came out (translating the same tex file directly via the tex4ht command compiled the references correctly.). Also, the script lunch the "Terminal" application and leaves it open after the compilation. If I want to have "Terminal" open, I might run the tex4ht myself. 3 stars for the effort, I leave the other two for further improvements.
