This Internet Explorer add-on offers access to popular search engines and the latest news and forums in India, but the e-mail notification feature didn't work for us.
SikhSearch Toolbar for IE adds a toolbar to your browser window that employs popular search engines and the publisher's search sites for Internet lookups. It comes preloaded with a pop-up blocker, local weather forecasts, a cache and history cleaner, and the faulty e-mail notification feature. You can also add program links or remove unused buttons from the toolbar.
Most of the features delivered fairly well. The e-mail notification, however, couldn't connect to our POP3 accounts. We're a little concerned that the publisher's Web site didn't mention this product at all. SikhSearch Toolbar for IE isn't a bad choice, but it hardly stands out among the numerous free toolbars for Internet Explorer.
