"Also does not install on my computer"
Cons: This has the same exact issue as with Serif WebPlus 6-it will not install on my XP PC because of the "16-bit MS-DOS Subsystem" error. I have tried to install and run a quick-fix for this particular problem, but I cannot run it as it requires my XP CD (which I do not have because I did not install XP on an old computer; rather I got it pre-installed already), and hacking into the registry doesn't work, either.

This program also has some limitations.Though it is excellent.It still has some bugs and errors in it.
But most of it is generally good....

Version: Serif DrawPlus 4.0
Pros: It's a free, fully licensed program. I've created amazing work with this program.
I've been working with this program for over a year and have found it to be exellent in every way. I've created original work and modified existing images, including photos.
All you need is a valid email address to register.
This is easy to use, legally free, and produces quality work. I highly recommend this to anyone who works with images.
Cons: The wizards are not included, so if you're not willing to experiment on your own, be aware of this.
