This program also has some limitations.Though it is excellent.It still has some bugs and errors in it.
But most of it is generally good....

"Highly Recommended!"
Pros: It's a free, fully licensed program. I've created amazing work with this program.
I've been working with this program for over a year and have found it to be exellent in every way. I've created original work and modified existing images, including photos.
All you need is a valid email address to register.
This is easy to use, legally free, and produces quality work. I highly recommend this to anyone who works with images.
Cons: The wizards are not included, so if you're not willing to experiment on your own, be aware of this.

"Easy To Use, Fun to Play With"
Pros: This isn't high tech software, but it works great for making logos or just play around using basic shapes - perfect freeware
Cons: Can't ask too much more from something that is free - can be tough to "freehand" draw - but you can export into other drawing applications

"brilliant!"
Summary: serif draw and other tools such as serif 3dPlus are great for creating images for websites or personal use. registration is a freephone number or you can do it via the website. the program is a large installation but it is worth it as the features are in depth and good quality.

"Nice!"
Summary: I just downloaded this program and I was surprised at many of its features. I have yet to put it to work yet, but I have many draw programs, that I paid hundreds of dolars for, and this sweet program seems to have the features that I need, without having to find all the different 'bells and whistles'. If you need a small draw program, then this one is a winner.

"An Essential Free Drawing Program"
Pros: Very intuitive and user friendly, somehow I found myself using this program instantly, with most of the facilities needed to manipulate my creations, and transform them into gif animations.
Cons: What can I say about this free program? It?s so good it will convince you to upgrade and get the professional version.
