Just install and start searching. You will see other peoples' searches and they'll see yours. (NOTE: you only see other SeekSpeak users' searches, and you do not see your own searches.).
What's new in this version: Version 1.1.20110408.1 adds option to only show sidebar on search pages, instead of all pages and option to prevent non-group searches from appearing in the related searches list.
