From Y0YS Software :Secure Folder is a useful tool for protecting files, folders, and disks. It lets you hide files and folders, or make them read-only easily with simple drag-and-drop or several mouse clicks. It's also able to password-protect local disks, floppies, CD-ROMs, and removable disks (USB disks, Zips…) therefore preventing others from stealing and copying files in your computer or playing games, VCD with your computer. Once protected, other people or programs are unable to delete, modify, rename, move, view, or use the protected objects. Startup and uninstallation of this program is password-protected.
