ScrumTools is a collection of agile software development utilities. Version 1 contains a stand-up meeting timer and planning poker cards. The daily 15 minute stand-up meeting is a key part of agile software development methodologies such as Scrum and eXtreme Programming (XP). Unfortunately, it can be difficult to keep them short. The stand-up timer is straightforward. It counts down 15 minutes, alerting at 10 minutes, 5 minutes, and 1 minute remaining and sounds a buzzer at the end.
