Pros: It didn't crash?
Cons: "It's free for use. But has 1 limitation: you cannot save converting results to hard drive. You must register
SWF-AVI-GIF Converter to remove this limitation and enjoy the full version and receive free upgrades for a lifetime. "
You can look at the (horrible) interface for free! But you can forget about actually USING the program for its intended purpose - converting media files, unless you want to pay $20. It's also got one of the worst interfaces I've come across. The directory navigation is odd, to say the least, and the window is always on top, even when you click the non-functional arrow button. That said, complaining about the interface is like complaining that your totaled car has a spot of rust on it.
tldr: don't waste your time installing this garbage.

Pros: nothing
Cons: Don't try to convert anything more then 10 seconds long, it'll complain about a memory issue.

Pros: I was seeking for such software for a long time. It is easy and has a lot of functions. I can even convert my videos to GIF and place them on my site!
Cons: Open dialog window don't show desktop, so I have to place my SWF or AVI to some drive before to open it.
