  "Powerful popup blocker but not really all it's promoted to be"

  Pros: During general browsing it had good popup blocking and not many false positives and seems to handle some cases that other popup blockers miss.

  Cons: This program doesn't seem to contain much in the way of anti-spyware even though it advertises it as a core feature? Also it only works with Internet Explorer and you can get most of the functionality for free. External interface rather than as part of Internet Explorer (or other browser).

  "Downloaded it, and it trashed my system"

  Pros: It was easy and fast to download

  Cons: When I downloaded this program, it totally crashed my system. I was BARELY able to get to an earlier system restore point. It completely deleted my modem driver too.

  Summary: U want to stop Pop-ups? Avant Browser will do it for u. U want to stop spywares? SpySweeper is the best. So, Stopzilla is for what?

  "Good popup blocker but not for spyware"

  Summary: Popup blocker works well if you don't have the latest Internet Explorer which includes it for free. The spyware removal is very under-developed, look at one of the leaders for this critical feature.
