Publisher's description
From Ykoon :This free program is for reading RSS newsfeeds. It collects news in the background at user-configurable intervals and warns you with a small pop-up in the system tray when a new message has arrived. You can click the headline to see a short description and then open the original Web page in an RssReader browser or default browser window. RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a format for indicating news. RssReader supports RSS versions 0.9x, 1.0, and 2.0.
Version 1.0.88 adds Atom 0.1/0.2/0.3 support, OPML import/export, and configurable fonts and style sheets.

Version: RssReader 1.0.88
"If you don't need "hand-holding" this program rocks."
Pros: Great interface. Nice update/notification feature. I found it very easy to use and it imported an OPML file with my feed list quite nicely.
Cons: It's documentation is poor, but if you are an experienced user and know RSS/Atom aggregators, you don't need much in the way of documentation anyway.

"Never even installed properly"
Pros: None.
Cons: Will not install if you don't have a very specific version of .Net Framework. even if you have a newer version, it won't work.

"No-Frills for network environment"
Pros: Simple, simple, simple. I'm testing and instaling this for end-users in our office and it appears to be working fine so far. It's simple enough that an end-user can make it work and it doesn't have all the added frills and pre-installed links.
Cons: If you're looking for an "...and the kitchen sink" RSS reader-browser-etc. this isn't for you.

"Excellent free program - rivals those that cost $"
Pros: I've tried NewsGator for Outlook and Newzcrawler. They are decent programs, but I ran into technical with each that I was unable to resolve. So far RssReader has worked perfectly, and seems to have all the functionality of 'gator and 'crawler. And, unlike those 2, its free!
Cons: While it is a very usable app, its not as 'pretty' as 'gator or 'crawler, which may turn people off. Maybe that's why its less buggy - developers spent less time on the skin and more on the guts.

Version: RssReader 1.0.88
Pros: If it worked I would be able to say something. Not even worth the one star I had to give it to leave this review
Cons: Never worked right from the start. Asked for help from publisher and never got a reply.
